Ashley Murski grew up in Sugar Land, Texas. Starting at a young age, Ashley played competitive soccer, eventually playing Division I collegiate soccer as a defender at Houston Baptist University. She still proudly wears the NCAA Championship ring she earned as captain of the 2010 Huskies Conference Championship Team. 

She graduated from HBU summa cum laude in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in English. Following in her sister’s footsteps, Ashley was determined to become a lawyer. Ashley wanted to stay in Houston to be close to her family, so she chose to attend the University of Houston Law Center. During law school, Ashley participated in UHLC’s Clinical Program as a student attorney, primarily handling family law cases. She also volunteered for the Center for Children, Law, and Policy, where she was named the Irene Merker Rosenberg Child Advocacy Senior Scholar. She received her Juris Doctorate from UHLC in May of 2014 and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in November of 2014...

Ashley began practicing family law in November 2014 with a Houston firm representing clients in all areas of family law including complex custody and property division cases, modifications, adoptions, and marital property agreements. She joined the law firm of Kelly L. Fritsch P.C. as an associate attorney in January 2024.

Ashley is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She is a member of the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists, Gulf Coast Family Law Specialists, the Texas Bar College, the State Bar of Texas Family Law Section, the Burta Rhoads Raborn Family Law American Inn of Court, the Houston Bar Association Family Law Section, and Aid to Victims of Domestic Abuse.

Ashley and her husband, Dillon, live in Spring Branch with their Catahoula pup, Norma Jean. Ashley loves animals, sports (mostly the Houston Astros and F-1), and spending time with friends and family.
